100 NIGHT MATTRESS TRIAL
We’re committed to ensuring you sleep well, and we understand that a mattress can be a big investment. This is why we offer a 100 night trial on all our mattresses (except clearance) bought online to give you peace of mind that you’ve picked the most comfortable and supportive mattress for you.
If you get it home and are not 100% in love with it during this time, we'll exchange it for you. It couldn't be easier.
Making the most of your trial
- We suggest trialling your new mattress for a minimum of 30 nights to allow time to adjust to it. After all, it can take a few days for fillings to settle.
- You can have the mattress for a maximum of 100 nights from the date of delivery before exchanging or returning it.
- If you decide the mattress isn’t for you and would like to return it or swap it for another style, it must still be in tip-top condition, so we highly recommend using a mattress protector during your trial. If it’s marked, stained or damaged in any way, we may have to charge you.
- If you exchange your mattress for a more expensive style than the original, you will need to settle the difference. If you opt for a less expensive mattress, unfortunately we’re unable to refund the difference.
- The 100 night trial offer can only be used once with only one exchange or refund.
- You will be charged £49 for collection and redelivery of your mattress if you decide to exchange it
