The Heybrook is built on Vispring’s high-tensile vanadium steel springs, each one hand-nested and placed in a breathable cotton calico pocket. This traditional method enhances durability, allows natural airflow through the mattress, and helps regulate your temperature for consistent comfort. 

The Heybrook is upholstered with over 2,800g of natural fillings. South American horsetail, real Shetland wool, and fine fibres including Mulberry silk and mohair are layered by hand. These materials are chosen for their performance, provenance, and long-lasting resilience. Working together with the springs, they provide responsive support, pressure relief, and the comfortable feel expected of a Vispring mattress. 

An integrated spring insulator pad ensures perfect support when used on either a slatted bedstead or a sprung base, maintaining the structure and performance of the mattress. 

The Heybrook is finished with a Nordic Steel contrast border and neatly coordinated handles and tape edging. These details reflect Vispring’s commitment to considered design, quality workmanship, and the natural materials at the heart of every Heybrook. 

Vispring uses only natural materials, sourced with care and chosen for their longevity and low environmental impact. Every mattress is handcrafted in our Devon workshop, supporting local craftsmanship and reducing waste through made-to-order production.
