We take care of your assembly and the packaging. All we ask of you is that you clear the room to ensure that there's space for our team to work. Then, remove obstacles and ensure that the route from your front door to your room is clear.

We'll take care of the rest.

We'll send you an email and text message on the day of delivery to reconfirm your time slot. You'll also be given the driver’s name and mobile number in case you have any urgent questions.

The delivery team will give you a call before 10am just to let you know that everything is still going ahead as planned. If anything changes during the day, they'll continue to keep you updated so you know exactly what’s going on.

When the delivery team arrive

• The team will unpack and assemble your bed.
• When they've finished, the team will photograph the goods in your room of choice either in its original packaging, or assembled, to show that everything is in good order.
• They'll take away all the packaging and tidy up before leaving.

If you'd like to keep any packaging for future use, or a potential return, simply tell the team and they'll leave it with you.
