Beds, Furniture & Mattresses
We want you to have only the best experience with Feather & Black so if for any reason you are not happy with our furniture please notify us within 14 working days of receipt and we will arrange for a collection and refund. Please note that there is a £45 collection fee payable and un-assembly charge if applicable. Unfortunately we have to make an exception for Special Order and upholstered items (which include mixed tension mattresses and custom made upholstery pieces) made specifically for you. These Special Order items cannot be returned unless faulty. Also for hygiene reasons mattresses cannot be returned once the packaging has been removed.
Linen, Bedding & Accessories
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from us, however you do have 14 working days to notify us of any unwanted bed linen, bedding, nightwear and accessories. There are 2 options you can choose from below. Please note that unless an item is found to be faulty we expect all returned items for refund to be returned to us in their original packaging.
Return to store
If your purchased items are linen, bedding or accessories, you can take your items along with your order number and receipt to any of our 17 stores nationwide, where we can process your return or exchange. If you do wish to exchange an item it might be best to call the store first to make sure they have stock of the item you would like to exchange for.
Arrange a collection
If you cannot get to a store, please call the customer service team on 01243 380 600 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange with you a suitable date and address for collection. Once the goods are received and are confirmed to be unused and in their original packaging, we will refund the value of the goods.
