Responsibly sourced cashmere is blended with layers of cotton and silk. Each layer contributes distinct softness and performance, from silk’s smooth, cooling touch to cashmere’s indulgent warmth. Together, they create a mattress that elevates your sleeping experience to a truly luxurious level.
The cashmere is sourced through Harrison Spinks’ partnership with renowned Scottish weavers Alex Begg, using reclaimed cashmere fibres that would otherwise go to waste. This innovative collaboration combines sustainability with exquisite quality, adding a beautifully plush, indulgent feel while supporting responsible textile craftsmanship.
Responsibly sourced British wool — traceable through British Wool’s Traceable Wool Scheme — and homegrown hemp and flax from the Harrison Spinks Farm complete the comfort layers. These breathable fibres create a fresh, hygienic sleep environment while adding gentle resilience.
At the heart of the Lunar lies over 13,000 of Harrison Spinks’ expertly crafted calico core pocket springs, each individually hand-stitched into breathable natural cotton without the use of glue.
This traditional approach, perfected over generations, enhances the springs’ flexibility and longevity. This allows the Lunar to deliver exceptional support, optimal spinal alignment and truly restorative rest.
