We were disappointed by the company you subcontract to for delivery of the beds - they failed to get back to us promptly, and arranging the delivery proved difficult.

Salisbury Std Slatted4'6" - I am delighted with this bed. It is well made and solid, and looks fantastic. I was a little hesitant to order having read some bad reviews (mainly about delivery) but I have to say I was happy with everything. The bed arrived when they said, it was put together quickly (which I paid for, but felt was worth it) and this bed is excellent quality. I spent weeks looking at bedframes and didn't find anything else out there of this quality at this price. Would definitely recommend.

Salisbury Std Slatted4'6" - Really good quality bed - a little fiddly to assemble with the tool provided (we used our own) but relatively quick.

Salisbury Std Slatted4'6" - Everything went well except a message was left telling me the bed was in stock and ready to arrange delivery however I didn't receive it for several days for some reason. This meant that when I chased regarding delivery, I had missed the original request date. Might be better if you actually speak to the customer to be 100% sure they have the update. The people who delivered the bed were very friendly and helpful calling 30mins beforehand. They built the bed very quickly and efficiently and cleared everything away which was a great service.

Salisbury Std Slatted4'6" - Rubbish! Following all the problems with the bed order and the marks made on our freshly painted walls during delivery we decided to fix the bed ourselves. Despite the bed having 'QC' stickers, another joke! Both the support ends for the central support plank were no lined up and completely off centre which meant bed could not be assembled as central plank could not be laid. Resulted in taking supports off and reattaching. Ikea are better than this! Absolute rubbish, an embarrassment.

I am so sorry to hear of the poor experience you have had with Feather & Black. I understand that initially you were given incorrect information over the phone by one of our stores regarding the free bedding offer that was running when you placed your order and this is why you were offered the credit voucher by the St Albans showroom as a gesture of goodwill. This was posted to a couple of weeks ago so I do hope that you have now received this.

With regards to the issue with the bed itself, had we been aware of the problems that you had when trying to assemble the bed, we would have been more than happy to rectify this for you. I have passed a copy of your feedback to our product team so that they can take this up with the supplier. If you are able to easily locate the batch number on the bed, then this would be most appreciated as this will help us to identify any potential further issues with them.

In order to improve things going forwards then all feedback, be it good or bad, is equally important to us so thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback and apologies again for the inconvenience caused.
