Our Luxury pocket sprung mattresses are all handmade in the UK by our mattress partners Spink & Edgar. We have been working with Spink & Edgar for many years and have developed a natural mattress collection to give you the most comfortable night's sleep, with the best support, and all the while doing your bit for the environment.

When you combine natural and sustainable fillings with award winning spring technology you get a truly perfect combination. Bringing these modern and traditional mattress making techniques together delivers sumptuous comfort without compromise.

Natural materials such as cashmere, wool and Egyptian cotton perform better than synthetic fibres, helping to regulate your temperature and let your body breath. We are proud to say that there is no polyester in our luxury collection and our top end mattresses use silk and mohair both inside and out for the ultimate indulgence.

The "farm" as we call it, sits only 20 miles away from the factory meaning that the wool only travels a short distance to be turned into filling for your mattress. The sheep live a happy life and continue to fill mattresses, year after year.

The ethos is simple. "We use natural components for our pocket sprung mattresses, with our own wool and home grown fibres. If we can't produce it ourselves, we source as locally as possible for better quality and a smaller environmental impact"

We also offer a service that no other retailer does by tailoring each side of your mattress to your own individual comfort level. Using our mattress fitting service in store to select the right tension for you and your partner, we'll then make your mattress bespoke to your needs, giving you night after night of unrivalled sleep.

It sounds like a gimmick but we assure you it's not. We use a handset to adjust the tension while you lie on the mattress and when it feels comfortable for you, that's what we'll make for you. Simple really
