Noah Desk Chair - The chair was disappointing as when assembled the cross parts of the legs did not match the design? We tried every way to correct this but unfortunately it must be a design fault. As this was assembled on christmas eve it was not possible to leave and return as there would have been a disappointed girl on christmas morning.

I am so sorry to hear of the issue with the Noah Chair. The assembly should be very straightforward so it does sound as though there might be a problem with the actual components that you have received. Noah Desk Chair - I would have put average if there was an option for this. Having bought the Noah desk combo and chair, I was told that someone would be in touch for delivery within the week. After 2 weeks I rang my local Oxford store and twice left messages asking what was happening, but no-one ever got back to me. I rate that as poor customer service. Eventually I got a call from the deliverer to arrange a date. But it took at least 3 weeks.
