Our delivery service includes a two man delivery to a room of your choice. This item comes with a full set of simple instructions for assembly. Alternatively we will assemble your furniture and take away all the packaging for an additional £25. Please choose the assembly option in the shopping basket to take advantage of this service.

21 February 2012Pallio Std Double Gloss Warm White - On the whole good. Iron bed frame has a scratch on it (at painting stage). When I rang customer services I suugested they send me a pot of paint to touch up the scratch - which they did. They assured me I would get a call from customer services about the scratch - i never got one. I have touched up the scratch at it is sort of OK.
I do apologise for the confusion. Your initial call was made to the showroom where you made your purchase. After speaking to you, they sent through the request for a pot of paint to our Customer Service team who sent the paint out but were unaware that a call was required. I can see from the notes against your order that you have now spoken to a member of the Customer Service team to resolve this.

03 October 2011Pallio Std King Gloss Warm White - Lovely design, fits in nicely with my Gustavian bedside cabinets and chest of drawers. Its a good idea having a choice of heights for the base, I chose the higher, perhaps a mistake as I can only just get in it. My guest room is now very plush, my guests won't want to go home!
