Sienna Bedstead Superking - I am still waiting for new mattress from a different store, so haven't slept on the bed yet, therefore cannot comment on what the bedstead is good or not. but so far it is very easy to assemble, so just looking at it, it is good.

The details of the specific store have been removed at our request as we do not feel that it would be appropriate for the salesperson concerned to read your personal comments.

Your bed was ordered online on 12th April and delivered to you on 23rd April. There are no notes on your account to indicate that there were any issues or that you have spoken to anyone regarding your order other than our delivery partners who called you to book the delivery slot.

I am a little confused by your comments regarding the feedback that we ask our customers to provide. There is no facility for customers to leave feedback on the Feather & Black website. All customer feedback is obtained on our behalf by Feefo and it is then published on this site. As you will see from past postings we do investigate and respond to all negative comments.

Sienna 5 Drawer Chest - Depth of drawer restricted on opening. Smoothness/ease of opening is very difficult; doesn't use modern railing fitments to make this much easier.

Sienna 5 Drawer Chest - Lovely piece of furniture. drawers don' t seem to open very far. Can they be adjusted?

I am so pleased that you like the product, Sienna certainly is a beautiful range. There are stoppers on the drawers as a safety precaution to ensure that they can't be pulled completey out and unfortunately, this cannot be adjusted. I will certainly pass your comments over to our product team as all feedback helps us when we are looking at improving or launching new ranges.

Sienna Dressing Table Stool - Very pretty and light enough to move around.

Sienna 5 Drawer Chest - Sturdier than expected.
A small design issue: the drawers don't open too far and it can be a bit difficult to reach the back of the drawers.

Thank you so much for your feedback. The drawers are fitted with stoppers for safety reasons so that they can't accidently be pulled completely out. However, I have passed your comments over to our buyers. It's always good to know what our customers think of the products and if there are any area's where we can improve.

Sienna Bedstead King - Lovely design

Sienna Dressing Table Mirror - A very attractive piece of furniture - I think a little bit more attention could be given to making sure all the drawers open and close smoothly - a couple of the drawers are a little sticky.
