Our delivery service includes a two man delivery to a room of your choice. This item comes with a full set of simple instructions for assembly. Alternatively we will assemble your furniture and take away all the packaging for an additional £25 for one item or for two or more items, this is a flat £35 charge. Please choose the assembly option in the shopping basket to take advantage of this service.
We anticipate your delivery to be with you no more than 14 days after the product is delivered into the delivery depot.
Please make us aware of any of the following at the point of ordering:
- Access issues to your property; including road width, driveways, parking restrictions or security gates
- Restrictions once inside your property; including ceiling height, tight staircases or other furniture in the way - remember to have the room cleared ready for your delivery
- Supervision of your delivery; please ensure that there is someone to supervise your delivery to ensure furniture is delivered exactly as you requested

Archie Cabin Bed - Excellent service, however not two star as felt a little down in the shop as wasn't offered zero % interest. Company did redeem themselves and worked well to accommodate our needs.

Archie Cabin Bed - My son loves his new cabin bed, it's not too high for a 3 year old but he loves climbing the ladder and feels very grown-up. The room is not very wide so we have a 3 drawer chest & small wardrobe underneath with room for a den down the side & behind the other furniture. Great quality, sturdy bed.

Archie Cabin Bed - Order time was longer than predicted at sale point by about 2 weeks. No service provided to remove old bed, just told to find man and van. Otherwise good and efficient. The delivery coat is quite a lot given that most of their products need delivery I think it should be absorbed into the price and delivery "free".

Archie Cabin Bed - This bed is expensive, so one expects a high standard of workmanship. Everything was fine, apart from the *crucial* holes in the main bed frame that hold the widgets that the screws screw into. These holes had not been created at the correct depth, so we had to drill them out rather precariously to deepen them, and my drill bit went through one of them. So this took far from the 45 minutes assembly time suggested by the instructions...
I am so sorry that the excellent service in store was let down by the delivery experience. I can see that it was almost 3 weeks from payment of your final balance before you were contacted to arrange the delivery and I am investigating this with our delivery partners. I have passed your feedback regarding the product itself over to our buying team to take up with the manufacturers as this is not acceptable. Archie Cabin Bed - I ordered a bed, desk, drawers and chair - we placed the order for the mattress as well but the staff member did not process it so everything arrived with no mattress
I do apologise for the oversight with regards to the mattress on your order. On the day of delivery, when you contacted the store I understand that they arranged a new order of an ex display mattress and managed to get it delivered later that day. I appreciate that this was not ideal and did cause you some inconvenience. I'm sorry that you are finding the 4.5 tog duvet too warm for your child. Archie Cabin Bed - Our order was delivered over 2 months late. There was no notification of the initial delay as the Shop systems (apparently) give the shop staff no alert that orders are delayed. We only found out at the last minute when we rang the store to check the delivery time. Imagine the fun we had helping our 5 year old son to understand why he couldn't have his new bedroom when his twin sister had hers (already efficiently delivered on time by Aspace.) The shop staff were lovely, apologised, explained and did their best to help, even delivering the shop display cabin bed when we despaired at the delay (sadly it arrived damaged and had to be returned) the delay was further extended. We only hung on in because Christmas was looming and we didn't think we'd get anything else in time. Otherwise we'd have cancelled the order.
We were offered compensation for the initial delay (£75 of vouchers for their store which they'd send us once the order was delivered) We are still waiting for the vouchers over a month after delivery!! I guess I'll have to chase for that too.
The great shame is that the products are great but the service is appalling. Which seems to be down to their central systems rather than their local staff.

There are reports available on our system to enable the showrooms to monitor order progress so that they can keep customers updated on any potential delays and I'm sorry that this did not happen on this occasion. Archie Cabin Bed - Have just furnished and entire house and this furniture stood head and shoulders above other flat packs. Excellent quality, beware the boxes are very heavy due to the oak. Looks very stylish, my 9 year old happy and should suit through teenage years.

Archie Cabin Bed - Service from shop was good but disappointed with having to wait so long for replacement of damaged product.
I'm so sorry that one of the items was damaged when it was delivered. The Archie range is very new and has proved to be so popular that we have found it difficult to keep up with the demand. The next delivery is on order from our suppliers but unfortunately is not expected until just before Christmas so delivery will be in the new year.
