Our delivery service includes a two man delivery to a room of your choice. This item comes with a full set of simple instructions for assembly. Alternatively we will assemble your furniture and take away all the packaging for an additional £25. Please choose the assembly option in the shopping basket to take advantage of this service.

Salisbury Std Panelled 5' - As you will be aware the bed collaped after 3 weeks. A design issue would appear to be the problem. 3 screws and a 10 cm block holding the entire weight of two small adults, and it still broke. Service to replace excellent. Need to look at design as we are not confident replacement will be better.

I am so sorry for the delay in responding to your feedback. I have referred this to our delivery company who are looking into it further. The e-mail confirming delivery is generated automatically when the delivery date is entered on to their system so why this was delayed by 7 days is a concern. Meanwhile, your replacement Salisbury Bed is en route to the delivery depot up in Scotland so they will be contacting you very soon to arrange the delivery timeslot.

Salisbury Std Panelled 5' - Excellent communication right through transaction. Delivery men very efficient and helpful. Received two beds. They understood that I had only paid for one bed to be assembled. Just got on and did both without undue bother.

Salisbury Std Panelled 3' - First time I went in I was completely ignored by the shop assistant who was more interested in being on the computer rather than saying hello, how can I help. It wasn't until I left did they acknowledge me. When I revisited at the weekend as my husband liked the bed the staff were fantastic and couldn't do more to help.

Salisbury Std Panelled4'6" - I have bought a lot of items previously from Feather and Black and that is primarily because they offer good quality products and provide excellent cusomer service from purchase within store to delivery and assembling furniture.

Wipe clean using a soft damp cloth followed by a dry cloth.
Do not use abrasives or cleaning products which may contain ammonia or solvents.
Take care when handling or moving the furniture. Careless handling can damage wooden furniture, try to lift rather than drag.
