Terms & Conditions for Feather & Black Prize Draw Competition

1. The Free Prize Draw open to customers of selected Feather & Black stores who are residents of Great Britain, excluding employees of Feather & Black, their family, and any other person associated with this promotion.

2. The prize: £1000 via cheque or refund to original payment method for each month of the promotion.

3. Only one win per person per month. Only one entry per person per month will be accepted. No third party entries will be accepted.

4. Winners will be selected in a random draw conducted monthly by an independent adjudicator, from all valid entries received.

5. Winners will be notified by telephone or email within 7 days of draw.

6. Winners names and counties can be obtained by contacting one of the participating Feather & Black stores.

7. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the independent adjudicator is final.

8. Entry into the promotion is on the understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in a prize being forfeited.

9. No cash or other alternative in part or full will be offered in lieu of the specified prizes. Prizes are not transferable.

10. Prize winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity associated with this promotion and Feather & Black retains the right to use the winners name and county for publicity purposes.

11. These terms and conditions are subject to English law.

12. The data collected from the entry form will be collected and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Feather & Black may use the data collected for the purposes of sending you marketing on sales and promotions held by Feather & Black, subject to your consent. The data will not be disclosed by Feather & Black to any other organisation that is not associated with Feather & Black. 13. The decision of the Adjudicator is final and binding on all matters.
