Inspired Style: November
Here is a roundup of the things we love this month from colours to food and fragrances....
All that glitters ain’t just gold; we love bronze, brass and mercurial silvers too!
The key to the metallic trend is to mix shades together for a vintage inspired look. Style tea light holders with antique silver accessories to bring a warm glow to the home, and team trinkets and treasures together for a beautiful look for your dressing table. For Christmas, give your home the Midas touch and add sparkles and rich golds throughout.
Blending two of the Orient's most evocative aromas, this elegant fragrance encapsulates the magical allure of Saigon at sunset: that moment of contented reflection before the sun gives way to the stars and the evening unfolds. Classic notes of Vanilla Bean and warm hints of Patchouli are balanced with soft, sensual tones of Tobacco Flower. This delicate plant, found in the central highlands of Vietnam, has creamy white flowers that open in the evening to produce a sensational scent. Extracts of Cardamon, Nutmeg and Basil, plants rich in colour and scent that swirl in the vibrant market stalls of Vietnam, lend a delicate spiciness to create an overall effect that is rich and sultry. This scent is perfect for your home over the Winter season and makes a beautiful gift for loved ones.
As the evenings get colder, all we want to do is cosy up and eat! Coming up to Christmas we will be ordering the smoked duck for our Christmas eve buffet, smoked salmon for breakfast and indulging our sweet tooth with delicious handbaked cakes our favourite is the Chocolate Lovers Fruitcake which features dark chocolate, orange liqueur, vine fruit and nuts, topped with a white chocolate swirl all from the handpicked foodstore.
