Top 3: Books to read before bedtime

Don’t turn off the light straight away as reading before going to sleep can enhance your quality of sleep. According to the National Sleep Foundation, a regular reading slot can help prepare your body for sleep and also aid your mind separate your ‘sleep time’ from the stresses and worries of daily living.
