I ordered to full bedroom suites from yourselves. I have to say the service I received was second to none, staff were extremely helpful at both Glasgow store (where I ordered the furniture from) and the Edinburgh one too.

Stock Lewis 4'6 Mattress - The quality of products purchased to date (2 beds and 2 mattresses) has generally been very good. There were some problems with delivery and damage caused. Customer Services handled the problems quickly and efficiently and I was very impressed. I have however found the staff in the shops (Parsons Green and Tottenham Court) not to be particularly friendly or helpful.

I would also add that the furniture (excl beds) is overpriced when compared with similar products.

The website described it as firm/medium but I would say it was a firm - was expecting something a little more soft but all the same I have learnt to really find it comfortable and for the price I'd say it's extremely well made, I can tell it will last a very long time.

Stock Lewis 4'6 Mattress - Everything went well except a message was left telling me the bed was in stock and ready to arrange delivery however I didn't receive it for several days for some reason. This meant that when I chased regarding delivery, I had missed the original request date. Might be better if you actually speak to the customer to be 100% sure they have the update. The people who delivered the bed were very friendly and helpful calling 30mins beforehand. They built the bed very quickly and efficiently and cleared everything away which was a great service.

Stock Lewis 4'6 Mattress - the service in the shop was helpful. At the time we purchased the bed with deposit to be charged when the bed arrived (F&B normal approach). It is not possible to pay in full and book a delivery time until the bed has arrived in the warehouse. F&B call you t make a delivery time. Unfortunately, we did not get a message that the bed had arrived (which was about 4 weeks before our move). It was only when I rang a week before our move that we discovered the bed was in the warehouse but could not be delivered for 2 -3 weeks. This was a bit annoying and meant that the bed did not arrive when we wanted it too. Perhaps another call from F&B would have helped or an e-mail from F&B to say the bed had arrived in the warehouse would give better service.
