Conrad std 5' - Did not follow up phone message to say the mattress was in. We did not receive the message, so after a few weeks, I phoned them. So, to summarise, a second phone call would have been good

I am so sorry to hear that the showroom didn't follow up with another call to let you know that your mattress had arrived and the balance needed to be paid. I'm delighted to see that you are pleased with the Conrad mattress and apologise for the unnecessary delay caused to you.

Conrad std 5' - Wonderfully comfortable mattress which sits very well in the bed frame. It is heavy to turn but a small price to pay for such a comfortable mattress.

Conrad std 5' - Probably the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Yes it is expensive but well worth it.

Conrad std 6' - The service in the store and with the delivery company was excellent. I have no complaints.

Conrad std 5' - I was a little nervous the first night because this was an expensive purchase and to begin with the mattress definitely felt firmer than the one I had lain on in the store. But after a few nights I got used to it and now love it - if you lie on your back you almost feel like you're floating. Very comfortable indeed. Only downside is I just don't want to get out of bed in the morning!

Conrad std 6' - Buying experience was excellent. Finding out when the delivery was coming was poor - I was given too much info on where your internal systems and communication dont work - all I wanted to know was when the bed was coming, not if it had been checked into the despatch warehouse and if the system had been updated etc....

Conrad std 5' - My mattress is very comfy, but it is a little bit too small for the bed, even though I think it should fit perfectly! but apart from that, it is all lovely.
