Highgrove Std Double Black - Slight nightmare as my double bed was delivered with the central supports for a king sized bed. I had a very confusing ten minutes whilst I tried to make the parts fit. Feather & Black customer service were great, they got me the correct parts delivered the day after I contacted them.

Highgrove Std King Black - The final bed is very nice, however, it took nearly three months and two deliveries to get there. (My daughter had to sleep on a mattress on the floor awaiting a new head and foot board - she was not compensated for the inconvenience). My main concern was with the men who assembled the bed; surely they could not fail to notice he damage to the foot board. When my daughter pointed this out, she was told 'ah well, a young girl living alone . . . ' i.e. thought they could get away with it. I don't know whether I'd use Feather & Black again.

I am sorry to hear of the confusion with regards to replacing the damaged parts of the bed. The delivery crew should always make us aware of any issues at the time of delivery so that we can contact the customer to resolve. This didn't happen and it was left to yourself and your daughter to contact us. I'm delighted to see that you are pleased with the bed and thank you for your patience.
