Oxford White Bedstead King - My bed had some little marks on it but the delivery man noticed this and noted it down. He lodged it as "a complaint" (I wasn't complaining, though) and Feather and Black contacted me straight away to arrange sending paint to me to touch up the marks, and for a discount. Amazing service – very caring and dedicated. Seriously impressed.

Oxford White Bedstead Double - Very good and helpful service instore and on phone. Only slight issue is that i had originally opted not to have the bed constructed by delivery men, but then changed my mind and called the store to let them know and paid the extra £25. This message was never communicated to delivery company though, so there was a bit of an issue when they arrived as to whether they would construct the bed or not. Fortunately they did.

I'm so sorry for the confusion on the delivery day. There are notes on your account to say that our delivery partners were informed that you had added the assembly service a week before the actual delivery so the communication has clearly broken down somewhere along the line. Apologies for any inconvenience that this caused.

Oxford White Bedstead Double - I ordered the bed frame in the Norwich store, Tracy I think, dealt with me. She was super nice. The bed frame was delivered to a London address and this was dealt with really well

Oxford White Bedside - The draw of one of the cabinets has already badly scratched despite minimal use

Oxford White Bedstead Double - Product delivered damaged - white coating was starting to peel

Apologies again for the damage to the paint finish on the original bed. A replacement has been ordered and I can see that the delivery of the new bed has been booked for 16th April together with your outstanding order for the matching chest. With regards to the scratches on the bedside, I will pop some touch up paint in the post to you.
