Olivia 2 Drawer Bedside- Cream - Although I am still waiting for my amberley bedstead because I received a super king instead of king bedstead, I have received a good service from the feather and black staff.

Olivia Blanket Box - The unpleasant chemical or varnish smell in the box is so strong and so bad I am unable to use it for blankets or linen. It has been a waste of money

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback and I will ensure that your comments are passed on to the relevant people. With regards to the smell, we have occasionally had instances of this occuring because a product has been wrapped / packaged too soon after the painting process, therefore not allowing the paint time to dry completely. This should dissipate over time but if in a couple of weeks time, you are still finding that this is a problem, do please let us know and we can look at rectifying this for you.

Olivia Blanket Box - We love this. It's solid and very deep. Excellent for storing bed linen, blakets and towels and looks excellent in our bedroom.

Olivia 7 Drawer Chest - Prompt, efficient service. The delivery came on time, and they assembled the furniture swiftly, placed it where we asked, and cleared the packaging. If only all companies were as enjoyable to deal with.

Olivia 8 Drawer Chest - Great quality furniture, my daughter's room looks awesome now. Much better than the rubbish I bought from a competitor. Great delivery service too.
