Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. When the original chest was delivered, you decided to change it to a smaller one and the store did offer 20% discount against the replacement item. In addition to this Customer Services also offered a refund of your delivery charge by way of apology for the slight marks. The replacement was ordered but then you contacted us to say that you had decided to keep the original one after all so the replacement order was cancelled. If you were unhappy with the item then, as you know we were more than happy to exchange it for another item, or indeed offer a full refund under our 7 days returns policy but it was your decision to keep the item. I am sorry that you feel this way but I don't believe that we could have done any more on this occasion.
