Phoebe Bedside - The delivery guys were not as careful as we had hoped as they caused a fair amount of damage to our walls. In terms of sales staff, some were really helpful but was a little bit curt.

Had we been aware of the issue, then we would have been more than happy to offer you either a refund or a replacement. We are now outside of the 7 days returns policy for a refund but we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out if that is something you would like us to arrange.

Phoebe Bedside - Good and kept me well informed.
There was a mistake made at the shop and they overcharged me on a sales item but once highlighted to them they refunded me the difference straight away.

Phoebe Bedside - Good match with bedstead, but surface area and drawer size very small. Even so, a nice piece of furniture.

Phoebe Bedside - The delivery company let feather and black down. They contacted us once 12 days after payment to feather and black on our mobile number and were unable to leave a message. They did not try again and instead sent out a letter to say unable to contact us to arrange delivery. They didnot try very hard! I then had to phone to find out what was happening as they were supposed to contact us to arrange delivery within 14 days of payment. It was not good customer service.
No problems with feather and black shop service infact very helpful.

Phoebe Bedside - I have looked at a range of bedside tables and felt this was an optimum mix of quality and price.
Please note the green sticky dot on back was tricky to remove. lucky I had some sticky label remover but not everyone has.
I have a wholly positive view of F&B now

Thank you so much for your feedback. On the morning of delivery, you should have received an automated e-mail from the courier stating a one hour timeslot for the delivery. Occasionally these e-mails can go to junk or spam folders which may have been the case. I do apologise for the inconvenience caused.
