Orders are usually delivered within 48 hours. Orders placed at weekends won't be processed until Monday. Please note that we use a courier who delivers between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
We are happy to accept returns of any linens, bedding, nightwear or accessories on the condition that it is returned to us in it's original packaging, unused and unwashed within 14 days of the date of purchase. For full terms and conditions click here.

My only constructive comment is that it was not obvious how long the non furniture items would take to arrive, plenty of info was given for furniture delivery.
