Salisbury Desk

Salisbury Desk - The drawer has been damaged. When I phone I am, told that somebody will phone me back and yet nobody has. My neighbour has told me that the drawer was dropped by the delivery men which is why it was damaged. A piece of wood was broken off which they clearly knew about and did not have the courtesy or honesty to tell me. All I want is a new drawer not a new desk. I am happy to collect the drawer from your Kingston store which I wxplained on the phone within 10 minutes of the delivery men leaving and again to Alex in the Kingston store. I am very fed up and would not recommend you or purchase anything from you again.

I am sorry to hear of the damage to the drawer on the Salisbury Desk which I have asked our delivery partners to investigate. I can see that my colleague did call you to advise that we couldn't just replace the drawer, it would need to be a whole new desk. There was no reply but she did leave a message and I will ensure that she contacts you again now to get the matter resolved. Apologies for the inconvenience that this has caused.
