Oxford Espresso Bedside - On receipt of my goods, to my great dismay, the items were damaged and I had to return said items. I find it unbelievable that the items were not checked BEFORE depatch? Further, I also had to chase my refund several times and despite being quoted one week processing, this took 10 days to be processed. I am quite disappointed that F&B did not even offer to refund my delivery charge or the total value of the order in full, considering the lenghty wait for my goods and respective refund process.

Because the Oxford Espresso was a new range we did have to wait for the stock to come in from our suppliers and the expected date of 25th February should have been communicated on the order confirmation e-mail that you received.

I completely understand your frustration at receiving damaged items and can assure you that our products are quality checked before despatch from the manufacturer. To unpack them for inspection upon arrival in our warehouse would compromise the quality of the packaging making the product more susceptible to transit damage.

With regards to your refund, we cannot issue a refund until the goods are received by us. Once our finance team issue the refund it can then take 7-10 days to appear in your account which is completely out of our hands......this is the length of time it takes for our bank to refund to your bank.

I am so sorry for the inconvenience caused and that your experience didn't live up to your expectation.
