Our delivery service includes a two man delivery to a room of your choice. This item comes with a full set of simple instructions for assembly. Alternatively we will assemble your furniture and take away all the packaging for an additional £25. Please choose the assembly option in the shopping basket to take advantage of this service.

26 June 2012Phoebe Std Bedstead 5' - I visited your shop near Batley to purchase the bed as I had identified it as a possible on your website & wanted to see it before ordering. The manager was engrossed in paperwork, fairly off hand in manner and quick to refer me to a junior assistant who was very pleasant but didn't seem to know that much about the stock. At no point was I asked if I wished to see their range of mattresses to purchase with the bed frame. I was interested but didn't feel confident that I'd be advised correctly. That said, the assistant processed my order efficiently and told me the process which would be followed from the point of order.
Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback and I do apologise that the service provided in store didn't live up to your expectation. This is most unusual and please be assured that your comments will be passed to the relevant person.
