Oliver Std Double Warm White - The two gentlemen who delivered our order realised that driving up to our farmhouse would be awkward. They carried the bed along the lane and then up a flight of steps to our home. We were surprised and delighted as we had assumed that we would meet the van and carry the bed ourselves as we have done previously with deliveries from other companies. The two gentlemen were polite and pleasant. Thank you.

Oliver Std King Bronze - lovely looking bed, farily easy to assemble if you've got another pair of hands to help......the height of the headboard was a lot higher than expected but could be my fault for not reading the desciption properly. It fitted in the room though so no complaints

Oliver Std King Bronze - Delivery was excellent, but sorry, customer service over the telephone is poor. One person I spoke to was very abrupt - possibly because it was 4pm on a Friday, and the second person I spoke to had very little knowledge of both products and how delivery operation works. Products great though.

Once the goods are in our warehouse, we would then have contacted you to pay the final balance which is the trigger to release the goods for despatch to our delivery partners. They will then contact you to book the delivery slot. I am sorry that the delivery time was a little longer than you hoped and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Oliver Std King Bronze - Excellent quality at an excellent price. Would highly recommend this product. It looks way more expensive than it was.

Oliver Std Double Bronze - i assembled the bed by myself it was easy and looks great - its exactly what i was looking for. good quality. the only thing i would change would be for them to supply a couple of extra fittings and also some caps to put over the unused holes - there are two options for where you want the height of the bed to be, so if you choose the higher one, the screwholes for the lower level are visible. but thats no biggie! Im really happy with my bed!

Oliver Std Double Warm White - good sturdy quality bed, it was a shame the bed was damaged but this was because of the delivery and not the standard of goods.

Oliver Std King Warm White - The bed is lovely. Looks fantastic in my bedroom. I ordered the king warm white, took me and my teenage son about half hour to put together which was easy. Only thing the bed came under IRON beds, but I think it's cast metal, as it's to light to be iron. Once we made the bed up it's sturdy and best of all it doesn't rattle..

Oliver Std Double Bronze - My only criticism is that I do think that the service to assemble the bed should be free. It seems a bit mean to charge for it and would have been a great help for someone who has to do such a thing on their own.

Oliver Std King Warm White - The bed is lovely and as I expected, I paid for the delivery contractor to make the bed up for me and sadly is higher than I would have liked, because they were running such a tight schedule I didn't like to ask them to adjust it.

Oliver Std Double Warm White - What a lovely well made bed, excellent value for money. I searched online first for a second hand bedstead as this bed is for a spare room. I couldn't believe that I could get a gorgeous new bedstead cheaper!! I wish my bed was due for a change!! As I'm way down in the southwest I thought the delivery charge was also excellent. Very happy overall and will definitely add Feather & Black to my list of "must visit shops"
