Our delivery service includes a two man delivery to a room of your choice. This item comes with a full set of simple instructions for assembly. Alternatively we will assemble your furniture and take away all the packaging for an additional £25. Please choose the assembly option in the shopping basket to take advantage of this service.

29 November 2012Riley Bedstead Double Warm White - The bedstead and mattress are fine. However one of the knobs will not attach to the bedstead as the internal fixing is missing. A replacement knob would be appreciated. Also with a product such as this I would usually expect a call post delivery to check everything is ok.

17 July 2012Riley Bedstead Double Warm White - I was expecting express delivery so when my order delivery details came through for a couple of weeks from the date I'd expected I was ready to cancel and rebook elsewhere - this has happened to me in the past and in my view, is a tactic used by many companies to get an order in. However I phoned feather and black that evening, left a message and received a call first thing the next day to apologise and confirm that the bed would be out for delivery as originally expected. The lady I spoke with was lovely, and if it wasn't for the initial confusion over the delivery I would have scored an excellent.

10 July 2012Riley Bedstead Double Warm White - The lady who sold my bed to me in the Tottenham Court Road shop was excellent, giving great advice and customer service. The bed was delivered on time and it was great to be given a two hour time slot during which it would arrive and have it actually arrive in that time. The only thing that I think could have been improved upon is to offer next day delivery, but apart from that everything was great.
