Our delivery service includes a two man delivery to a room of your choice. This item comes with a full set of simple instructions for assembly. Alternatively we will assemble your furniture and take away all the packaging for an additional £25. Please choose the assembly option in the shopping basket to take advantage of this service.

15 April 2013Canterbury Std Ivory with Brass 4'6" - The quality of products purchased to date (2 beds and 2 mattresses) has generally been very good. There were some problems with delivery and damage caused. Customer Services handled the problems quickly and efficiently and I was very impressed. I have however found the staff in the shops (Parsons Green and Tottenham Court) not to be particularly friendly or helpful.
I would also add that the furniture (excl beds) is overpriced when compared with similar products.

19 December 2012Canterbury Std Ivory with Brass 5' - the delivery company took ages to deliver, they did not return my calls when I did get thru to their voicemail and after that, the phone did not get answered. I finally got hold of someone and then they delivered quite quickly, but the whole process from confirmation of the despatch from F&B to delivery to me was >3 weeks.

19 November 2012Canterbury Std Ivory with Brass 5' - We sense it might scratch easily - we have a couple of scratches already - but mostly because there are some annoying fixed lights near the bedstead (we can't move them, or the bed...rental issues). But it looks fab and everyone comments on how good it looks in the bedroom. Light to move as well which is handy for changing the sheets.
