Duvet King Washable 4.5tog - I am pleased with the two duvets I have ordered from Feather and Black in terms of quality. The only problem is that I can't join them together to make one thicker duvet because the holes at each corner of the duvet are too small to allow the toggles to pass through. I phoned up customer services and they weren't very helpful, telling me just to squeeze the toggles more. I still haven't been able to feed them through and am looking for some alternative solution.

I'm so sorry to hear of the problem you are having joining your duvets together. As discussed, I will pop another set of toggles in the post to you today but if you do find that you are still having difficulties, do please let me know.

Duvet Double Washable 10.5tg - fantastic quality duvet. It was an allergy free one for my sister in-law so was synthetic. I was concerned that it would not breath well but we tried it out and it was as comfortable as our down one.

Duvet Single Washable 10.5tg - Excellent customer service. Beautiful quality bunk bed. So far, we are very pleased with it.

Duvet Double Washable 10.5tg - The staff are very friendly and the service was was good, however they didn't have some of the items I needed to purchase in store, causing an inconvenient delay due to having to order in new stock.
