Olivia 2 Drawer Bedside- Cream - The service in the store was good, however we were told that the furniture was assembled already and they would deliver it to the house to a room of our choice. when the two delivery drivers arrived with the furniture they were not happy to bring the furniture upstairs and in no uncertain terms were they going to put together the unassembled dressing table. When I pushed for them to do it he just kept complaining that Feather and Black were constantly doing this and he spent most days telling customers that it was not his job to put their furniture together!! He said for them to do it we should have paid for in store, but he did then say if we couldn't do it and we were told it was supposed to be assembled he would reluctantly put it together for us. By this time my husband had had enough of him and told him not to bother and he would do it himself! A really unprofessional performance from both Feather and Black and the delivery company, as usual with big companies lack of communication leads to poor customer service.

I am so sorry to hear of the awful delivery experience and I can assure you that this is not the level of service we aim to provide our customers either directly or via our delivery partners. I have asked for an investigation from our delivery company and will be in touch directly as soon as I hear from them.
