Beds, Bedroom Furniture & Mattresses

We want you to have only the best experience with Feather & Black. If for any reason you are not happy with our furniture please notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange for a collection and refund (excluding cost of delivery/collection). Unfortunately we have to make an exception for bespoke and upholstered items which are made specifically for you, which cannot be returned unless faulty. Also for hygiene reasons mattresses cannot be returned once the packaging has been removed.

Linen, Bedding & Accessories

Should you want to return any Linens, Towels, Nightwear etc for exchange or refund, please remember to do so within 28 days of receipt. The goods should be returned to us unused and in their original packaging. Please ensure that the 'Returns Form', which is included with your goods and invoice, is completed for any items that you wish to return.

Unfortunately returns cannot be processed through any of our stores. Please use the pre addressed stick label provided and send the goods back to us:

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any goods to Feather & Black. We cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit. In the unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive with us, please ensure that you obtain 'Proof of Posting' provided by the Post Office at no additional cost. Upon receipt of your returned goods you will be contacted by Feather & Black to arrange refund or exchange. Please allow 14 days for us to process your return.
