Noah Std 3' - Absolutely gorgeous!

Noah Std 3' - Had seen the bed at a friend's house - that one didn't smell or I wouldn't have ordered one. The bed is more cream than ivory- white. I have had several pieces of furniture from Feather and Black but won't be ordering any more.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. Your husband had already called and e-mailed us regarding your concerns about the odour permeating from the Noah Bed. As explained previously, the issue was initially caused by the furniture being wrapped too soon after the painting process meaning that the paint didn't have time to dry and therefore the odour seeped into the wood. As soon as this was discovered, immediate steps were taken to change the production process to allow adequate drying time. However, we do still have the odd occasion where a piece will slip through and this usually happens if the paint finish has needed to be touched up for any reason. We would of course be happy to replace the item for you should the problem persist.

Noah Desk Top Storage - Really excellent service in the Harrogate store and very polite and efficient delivery service - we were really impressed and will recommend Feather and Black to our friends.

Noah Std 3' - Still troubled by a terrible smell, am very worried that it is detrimental to the health of the children. This powerful and deeply unpleasant smells overwhelmed the room and can be smelt in other areas of the house

I am so sorry to hear that your guests had no beds to sleep in because of the late delivery of your order. Unfortunately we had some unexpected delays from our supplier which meant that your goods took much longer than anticipated to be delivered.

With regards to the Noah items smelling, we did have a couple of instances of this occuring when the product has been wrapped / packaged too soon after the painting process, therefore not allowing the paint time to dry completely. A member of our Customer Service Team will be in touch later today to discuss how we can resolve this for you.

Noah Std 3' - Service from the shop was first class. But service let down be delivery company- bunkbeds put up fine but room left a mess - not all packaging uplifted. When they attended for a second time to deliver a mattress - far too quick to get in and out - did not look where they were going and ended up damaging two pictures on my wall by knocking into them..

Noah Bookcase (supplied fully assembled) - this bookcase was my second item ordered from feather and black and it was just as good as the first.product and customer service were both excellent.i will keep coming back for more as the experience has been so good.A rare quality nowadays.

Noah Bookcase (supplied fully assembled) - Although the service was good, the original delivery was damaged, with chipped paint on both products, and I had to request replacement products.
The replacements were fine, but the delivery men did leave a lot of black finger marks on the items which needed to be washed off.

Noah Trundle - Each time I have corresponded with F&B I have found the service to be excellent, informative and very helpful. Even when I called to discuss the issue we had with the foot-end of the bed, it seemed no trouble to get someone to come out and swap the part, FOC, with complimentary install service. All this is totally appreciated and why I hold the business in high regard.

Noah Std 3' - There is a slight problem with the foot end of the bed, the wood has splintered where the ball/globe screws in so its being replaced later this week.

Noah Under Bed Storage - Service in the shop was very good, staff very helpful, polite. The fitters of beds/furniture worked hard, very efficient.

Noah Std 3' - Terrible customer service - expectations about when our order would arrive were managed very badly. I had to phone 5 or more times to get a delivery date. I was given misleading information and promises to call me back were never kept.

I am truly sorry to hear that we let you down so badly and that the Noah Bed and mattress didn't arrive in time for your little girls birthday. You should not have had to contact us to chase your order and once we were aware of the urgency, we should have pulled out all the stops to ensure delivery was made to avoid disappointment. I will pop a voucher in the post to you to get some bedlinen for your daughter and apologise again for the inconvenience caused.
