Had to make phone calls myself to find out what was happening with the bed delivery as heard nothing for several weeks after order was placed. Took longer than expected for delivery as another hold up with the mattress which I had to find out myself as wasn't informed.

Oliver Std Single Warm White - We waited a long time from the time we ordered it to the day it had arrived- by then we had already moved house! A little more communication wouldn't go a miss.

The lead time on our furniture is usually 4-6 weeks from the supplier depending on what has been ordered. I can see that your goods were received at our warehouse and subsequently despatched to the delivery company during the 5th week. Our delivery partners then contacted you at the end of that week to arrange a date for delivery. I am sorry that this was longer than expected and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

And then not letting me know what the situation was on a bed which I needed for a particular time/situation. But once we got over that, they more than redeemed themselves and I am left with a very good feeling about the company :-):-):-)

Oliver Std Single Warm White - The products are very good but are very expensive.

Oliver Std Single Warm White - Ordered for a holiday house. Order came in 2 deliveries instead of 1. I wasn't aware of this before i had accepted 1st delivery so had to travel back down to the house for next delivery which was very annoying. 2nd delivery was 40 minutes late of time slot even though i had specified on numerous occasions i had to leave at set time. men that put the beds up didn't tell me there were 2 height slots...they just put up on highest...i wanted lowest so had to spend hours remaking them. F and B ok...but delivery very disappointing.

Oliver Std Single Warm White - Bed frame quality good and assembled easily. Slats of poor quality and I have had to request a replacement as one broke on the first night.

Oliver Std Single Warm White - Nice bed, had thought it was going to be solid castings not tubular. A shame the lower screw holes can be seen on the head and foot. But most importantly our daughter loves it

Oliver Std Single Warm White - Compared to 2 previous F&B beds the quality has Demi usher considerably, but the price has not. I could have paid less and got the same quality at John Lewis, in fact it looks like the parts come from the same manufacturers as our other child's bed from JL. I was hoping to rekindle the quality of our Rosso (F&B) beds. Having been bitten twice now I shall have to see the quality of the frame, the nuts and bolts, and the slats in person before I buy. Hugely disappointed and won't be extolling F&Bs virtues any more, just repeating the above to any one who asks.

I am so sorry that you were made to feel pressurised by the delivery driver, this is not what we would expect to hear and I can assure you that we do pass on customer feedback to our delivery partners so that service issues like this can be addressed. With regards to your comments on the Oliver bed, it is disappointing to read that you feel that the quality is not as good as with your previous purchase of the Rosso beds. Despite these products being made by different manufacturers, our demand on the supplier to provide high quality products remains the same and I am sorry that on this occasion you don't feel that we have lived up to your expectations.

Oliver Std:RMA000002513308-REPLACE - I had a mark on the bed I first ordered, then the replacement was bent, then the third attempt was a different colour! It is now 9 months since my original order and I'm fed up with waiting in for deliveries and the hassle of still having to sort this. Not sure if the quality of finish reflects the price, but it is a lovely looking bed.

I cannot apologise enough for the problems you have had with your order, please let me reassure you that this is not a normal occurence. I have looked at your order and can see that this is being dealt with by our customer services team and the replacement will be with you very shortly.
