Clearance orders that total under £20 in value will incur a £3.95 delivery charge.

Orders are usually delivered within 48 hours. Orders placed at weekends won't be processed until Monday. Please note that we use a courier who delivers between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. Many of our competitors do incorporate the delivery cost into the price of their goods which gives the impression that the customer is getting free delivery. However, we prefer to clearly show our delivery charges so that customers know exactly what they are paying for. As is the case with most retailers we do constantly monitor our prices to ensure that we are competitive which can on occasion result in price reductions after an order has been placed. I will of course pass your comments over to the relevant people though.
