Armchair Bean Bag

Bean Armchair Red - Would have been excellent but got delivered of PJ's wrong twice as label incorrect on butterfly PJ's so sent sleeveless instead of longsleeved. Problem obvioiusly not fixed as this happened again when I ordered second lot.

Bean Armchair Red - Very nice product. We were planning to put it in our son's room, but it ended up in the livingroom where everyone's been using it. Room looks little bit messy, but hey, it's very comforable.

Bean Armchair Royal Blue - Very disappointed in chair. doesn't keep shape at all. needs another seam in the seat. my toddler finds it difficult to sit on. your questionnaire tool is awkward to use on a phone.

I am so sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the Bean Chair. Obviously we want our customers to be entirely happy with their purchase and we would have been more than happy to arrange a return for you had you made us aware within the returns period that you were not satisfied with the item.

It is always useful to get feedback on our products so that we can look at making improvements and I have passed your comments to our product team for their information. With regards to the delivery, there was unexpected delay in delivery from the supplier and I do apologise for any inconvenience this caused you.

The Evie Guest Bed which fits under the Evie Day Bed does require a shallower mattress to enable it to fit comfortably underneath the day bed. However, this mattress is the one displayed with the guest bed in store. The actual day bed itself can accomodate a much deeper mattress as displayed.

Finally, the questionnaire tool that you refer to is not from Feather & Black. Feefo are a company that we use to gather feedback from our customers. This is a standard website and not an app designed for use on a mobile device. However, I will be sure to pass your comments to them.

Bean Armchair Royal Blue - Loved the idea of a fixed time delivery and you kept to it

Bean Armchair Yellow - I first chose a green chair, but the bag had been torn and it was marked. The sales man was unhappy about going back to the stock room for another. I commented that it was a present and a full price item. He seemed rather put out. He was a short man, I didn't get his name.
Once I got the item home I realized it was very small so I rang the store and asked to change it, I spoke to a different sales person and he was much more friendly. Then second man was tall and much more friendly. He said the yellow lounger had not been checked and to let him know if there were any problems! I came out happy in the end, many thanks to him!!

Bean Armchair Pink - Great instore service - couldn't be faulted. The Mai Pistachio bed linen has been a big disappointment - have yet to use the second set and may well return as not om worth the cost - hard to iron and creases too easily.d
