Pink Gingham Pinboard - We made several orders with Feather & Black. We rate the products and the sales people--especially Lisa in the Cambridge shop--especially highly. The only issue we had was with one of the delivery companies you used. One was very good and up to F&B's standards. But another was unfortunately not terribly reliable. Lisa in the Cambridge shop was able to sort things out well, but you might consider using your other delivery company exclusively, or finding a new alternative delivery company.
