The Bali Collection

This eastern inspired range is smoothly crafted in Rubberwood. The Hevea brasiliensis (Rubberwood) tree is becoming more popular with furniture makers for it's eco friendly, sustainable qualities. Each year these trees are harvested for their sap, the worlds primary source of natural rubber, but as the trees get older, the sap yield decreases and the trees historically were chopped up for firewood. We use this versatile wood for our Bali collection as it's strong, flexible and easy to work with. It also has a beautiful grain to finish off this orientally spiced range.
