Our delivery service includes a two man delivery to a room of your choice. This item comes with a full set of simple instructions for assembly. Avignon Std Bedstead King White - Bed was broken upon delivery

Many thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. I can see your experience has left a bitter taste in your mouth and I can understand why. I know there was an error made at the time of order which amounted to your goods being sent to the wrong depot for delivery. We then arranged for a second delivery agent to collect and deliver to you to get the goods to you quickly. With reference to the furniture quality, this was a rarity and our suppliers are constantly penalised for any sub standard quality. I am aware that your order is still being dealt with by our customer service team and can only apologise again. The store involved have been pulled on the error and although it's no compensation to you, we will learn from this.

Avignon Std Bedstead Double White - Good product but very poor customer relations when phoned up to track order and find out when I might receive it. People on end of phone unhelpful and rude.

Avignon Std Bedstead King White - I found the whole end to end service, excellent. Staff were very knowledgable and helpful and kept me informed of what was happening throughout the whole process.

Avignon Std Bedstead King White - Showroom staff very helpful. Delivery men also very efficient and helpful.

Wipe clean using a soft damp cloth followed by a dry cloth.
Do not use abrasives or cleaning products which may contain ammonia or solvents.
Take care when handling or moving the furniture. Careless handling can damage wooden furniture, try to lift rather than drag.
