Our delivery service includes a two man delivery to a room of your choice. This item comes with a full set of simple instructions for assembly. Alternatively we will assemble your furniture and take away all the packaging for an additional £25. Please choose the assembly option in the shopping basket to take advantage of this service.

24 April 2012Henley Std Brass 4'6" - Confusion over the order - so despite cancelling order delivered wrong bed, when the delivery company left a message re. new date for delivery I was unable to rearrange for a couple of weeks as they never answer their phone.
I'm so sorry to hear of the confusion over your order. It would appear that when you changed your mind on the size of the bed, the delivery of the original bed wasn't stopped with the delivery company. Despite this error and the delay in re-booking your delivery, I'm so pleased to see that you were still pleased with our overall service. I do apologise for the inconvenience caused to you and thank you for your patience and understanding.

21 February 2012Henley Std Brass 4'6" - the bed is ok but the delivery men did not know that I had paid for assembly until I showed them the invoice as confirmation. They were about to leave when I raised the issue.
I am so sorry for the upset caused when you called our showroom and that your complaint was not dealt with at the time which I have e-mailed you about directly. With regards to the misunderstanding on the part of the delivery crew, I have spoken to the delivery company and it appears that the confusion was caused when the assembly was added but this information wasn’t passed on to the delivery crew. They have asked me to pass on their apologies for this oversight and any inconvenience that it caused.

25 December 2011Henley Std Brass 5' - Once i had paid and ordered there was a real lack of communication. Nothing to tell me when the product would be delivered. However the actual delivery company were good at laising with us on a delivery date which had to be at their specified time not ours so it was quite hard to find a day we could be in.

On "Fast Track" orders such as yours, the turnaround is very quick, with the delivery company usually making contact with the customer the next working day after an order is placed. In your case, I can see that you were called on the second working day to book your delivery. In all cases, you should receive an order confirmation e-mail directly from us shortly after submitting your online order.
I am sorry that you feel there was a lack of communication on our part.

I would never have thought to buy bedding from you before, but I will most certainly buy it from you next time.

10 August 2011Henley Std Brass 5' - There was a small fault with the bed which was delivered to us. The feather and black customer service team were extremely helpful and courteous and dealt with the problem promptly and efficiently. A new part was delivered within 2 days.

Thank you for your recent feedback. I'm sorry to hear about the communication issues you encountered. This is actually something that we are improving internally at present. We have recently put in a new Operating system to the business which will allow us to send out emails to keep you informed throughout the progress of your order. As with any system upgrade it is taking longer than expected but I can assure you that in the coming months we will be on top of this. Our business is constantly learning and developing which is why feedback is so important to us. I'm sorry that this isn't yet in place and hope that you will be very pleasantly surprised when you shop with us again.
