Our delivery service includes a two man delivery to a room of your choice. This item comes with a full set of simple instructions for assembly. Alternatively we will assemble your furniture and take away all the packaging for an additional £25. Please choose the assembly option in the shopping basket to take advantage of this service.

I am so sorry to hear that your guests had no beds to sleep in because of the late delivery of your order. Unfortunately we had some unexpected delays from our supplier which meant that your goods took much longer than anticipated to be delivered.
With regards to the Noah items smelling, we did have a couple of instances of this occuring when the product has been wrapped / packaged too soon after the painting process, therefore not allowing the paint time to dry completely. A member of our Customer Service Team will be in touch later today to discuss how we can resolve this for you.

01 November 2011Evie Day bed Warm White - Only slight quibble would be the small decorative connector that joins (in the middle) the curved and straight decorative bars that run along the length of the bed doesn't sit very cleanly on the metal and looks a bit cheap and wobbly which is a shame as the rest of the bed frame looks really smart. We did think that the way the slats are connected to the frame worked really well and were very easy to assemble.

28 October 2011Evie Day bed Warm White - The bed is in fact very good in the main although it came with an ill fitting screw to the back rest. Advised F&B of this and customer services contacted us to say that they could not send a replacement screw and would have to replace the bed in its entirety which is ridiculous when there is one tiny fault that only spoils the cosmestic appearance of the bed but not its functionality.

I'm sorry you felt let down by the service you received. I can see that due to circumstances out of our control, there was a delay on the item you ordered. We sent a letter to you to explain and are working on a better way of doing this through email going forward. 16 September 2011Evie Day bed Warm White - Most diabolical service I have ever received I waited five months for a bed in which time I received no communication to assure me my delivery was coming only bumbled answers when ever I contacted you. Eventually when it did arrive the idiots who put it together put black marks all over my fresh paintwork although they couldn't have cared less when I pointed it out to them. Then one final failure I was promised vouchers to get a set of bed linen in way of compensation and guess what ? Yeah you've got it they never turned up either.

No quibble about replacement but still waiting!

Many thanks for you feedback. We will have a look at why the delivery process slowed down after you had been notified that it was ready. With reference to the slats, they are sprung which is why they seem bowed. This helps to offer additional support and should prolong the beds life.
