Chilton Nickel 5' - I was unimpressed that there had to be someone at home to take delivery as a signature was required. So we had to have one failed attempt before i could then leave the card and the courier would then leave the parcel without a signature. This was not made obvious on the website before the order was processed - if it had been i wouldn't have chosen to order on-line from Feather and Black.

Chilton Nickel 6' - Service from your 'online' staff for this product was great. Good rating rather than excellent was due to a prior phone enquiry about the product to our local Tunbridge Wells branch who were very vague and suggested we try Lakeside/Bluewater (can't remember which) rather than trying to help

Chilton Nickel 5' - We had to get the bed to Germany and had to arrange this ourselves, which I felt was not especially convenient. The pick up at the warehouse in Chichester did, however, go smoothly.

Chilton Nickel 4'6" - On the whole, I think the service and the products are excellent. My first delivery took a long time but we were able to split the delivery in the end so that we were not having to wait for the final item before receiving the bed

I'm perfectly happy with the items I bought but what will bring me back, and what has already led me to recommend your store, are the people who work there and their professionalism.
