I am sorry to hear of the delay in our delivery company contacting you to arrange delivery. I have spoken to them this morning and they do apologise for the length of time that elapsed between them taking receipt of your goods and the actual delivery. They believe that there may have been an issue with scanning the goods in. I do apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delay and also by the very early morning call from them.

Grace sleigh bed 3' - Having spoken to customer services and been very impressed by the lady I spoke to, we visited your Fulham Road shop. Although we bought the bed, we very nearly didn't as the Manager, Robert Mitton was thoroughly offhand both to customers and his staff. When I asked if we could order the bed, he passed us over to one of his colleagues stating he was far too busy to help us. The salesman who did help us was helpful but clearly new to the job and needed help with processing the order, something Robert seemed very reluctant to do. All in all, we left feeling annoyed that we'd given our custom to someone so uncourteous and what a shame it was that the company was let down by one of it's store Managers.

Grace sleigh bed 3' - I do have an outstanding query on the Noah chest of drawers which Vicky (I think!) is dealing with. I wish to return this but was waiting to hear back on a collection date (before Easter). We live abroad for most of the year hence more problematic!
