Goose Down Standard Pillow Firm - I have had great difficulty finding pillows that give firm support but also feel soft and cushiony, like the pillows I had at a posh hotel in Palm Beach years ago. I was uneasy spending so much online on pillows that possibly wouldn't measure up. I needn't have worried; these are the best pillows I have ever slept on! Thank you so much for the "firm" option of the goose down pillows!

Goose Down Standard Pillow Firm - The sales service was excellent from Andy and Tracey. Delivery guys pleasant enough but they damaged my brand new oak staircase. I had been in the house less than 12 hours my self, it was that brand new!!!!! No one has contacted me to reimburse me for the damage!!!

Goose Down Standard Pillow Soft/Medium - However they really do need to improve their quality control. We had too many damaged products to count replaced - without this we woudl be much better disposed towards the company. However they were very good about ensuring replacments were sent.
