Tempur Mattress Protector King - Delivery people were professional and efficient

Tempur Mattress Protector King - Poor - however, excellent customer service in dealing with the issues once they had arisen (especially on the side of the warehouse manager in charge of delivery). [Mattress ordered for delivery and made clear had to be delivered by a certain date (within 16 days). Sales assistant made a note and checked such was possible with head office however, did not think to take more that deposit or request to take more, despite there being a lead time of 14 days for delivery after the balance was paid. Frustrating that this caused a week delay. Delivery slot was then missed as mattress was not loaded onto the van as scheduled. Monday morning meetings had to be re-arranged in order to receive the mattress.]

I'm so sorry to hear that after ensuring we could accomodate your specific delivery requirements, we weren't quite so pro-active with regards to the payment which delayed the despatch of your order. Further delays were caused when a system problem at the delivery company resulted in your mattress not being loaded on to the delivery vehicle. I'm delighted to hear that you are happy with the mattress and sincerely apologise for the disruption caused.

Tempur Mattress Protector King - We have a tempur mattress and this is the recommended protector, have not used any other so this one so far fits the bill.

Tempur Mattress Protector Superking - The mattress protector is really excellent, we love our tempur mattress but the old mattress protector we used kept slipping off the mattress, this one fits perfectly.

Tempur Mattress Protector Single - Excellent product. Fits perfectly. Washing instructions indicate that item can be washed and dried and ready for use again the same day and I now have peace of mind that an expensive mattress will be totally protected at all times.
