Feathers Grey Pillowcase Oxford - It took 3 months for the products to arrive. I had to chase the delivery of the products. they asked for full payment stating that the goods should be ready shortly but then it took a further 3 weeks before thy were delivered and only after I had to call multiple times to find out what was going on. I then had a problem with the delivery company as they refused to deliver during th week after 3pm.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I do apologise for the inconvenience caused by the salesperson giving you the incorrect size sheet. I can see that when the correct size was re-ordered, it was processed as a straight exchange and therefore the new lower price was not honoured. We would of course be more than happy to honour this and I will be in touch directly to get your details for the refund.
With regards to Hungarian Goose Down Duvet shedding feathers, this is a most unusual occurence and I trust that there are no issues with the replacement.
