Clearance orders that total under £20 in value will incur a £3.95 delivery charge.

Orders are usually delivered within 48 hours. Orders placed at weekends won't be processed until Monday. Please note that we use a courier who delivers between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Harriet Pillowcase Oxford - Fantasic quality products, wear well, wash well, last forever.
Could you please add a "remind password" button to the website. I couldn't remember my password and found it very frustrating that I couldn't ask for a reminder or hint to be sent to my e-mail address. It was easier to just set up a new account with another e-mail address!
