Candy Stripe Blue Duvet Cover King - original order repeatedly delayed so gave up & cancelled order as no certainty it would arrive. Took several weeks & visits / calls to get money back. Wasted lots of time. Repeatedly told it would be processed, but nobody ever followed up on it until last attempt.

Please accept my apologies for the unacceptable service experienced from Feather & Black on this occasion. Unfortunately, a breakdown in communication between different departments resulted in the ongoing delays in processing the cancellation of your order and your subsequent refund. Please be assured that action will be taken to ensure that situations such as this do not recur. I will pop a little something in the post to you today which I hope goes some way to restore your faith in us and convey how sorry we are.

Candy Stripe Blue Pillowcase Oxford - the goods are great, lovely quality. The navy pillow slips are nearly black and don't really go with my colour scheme, maybe they'll fade!
