Clearance orders that total under £20 in value will incur a £3.95 delivery charge.
Orders are usually delivered within 48 hours. Orders placed at weekends won't be processed until Monday. Please note that we use a courier who delivers between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

The package didn't arrive the day it was supposed to arrive (so I spent a day at home for nothing), and despite the promise of a time slot, none was provided on the day. Not Feather and Black's fault, but it didn't make for a good experience.

I'm sorry to hear that there was a problem with your delivery. When your delivery is collected from our warehouse, you should receive an e-mail advising that your order will be out for delivery the next working day. On the morning of delivery, you should then receive a second e-mail advising a 1 hour timeslot.
Looking at the tracking for your order, I can see that your order wasn't even taken out on the second day when you were obviously expecting the delivery as per the e-mail. I will be sure to take this up with the courier and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
